When I near the completion of a painting, the pastels and tools I'm using are a dusty, dirty mess. I take a moment to clean
pastels and tidy up my work area before putting the finishing touches on a painting.

- Barbara lives in Washington State, USA. She is a Signature Member of the Northwest Pastel Society, the Pastel Society of the West Coast and the Pastel Society of America. Barbara was recently honored as a Master Circle Member in the International Association of Pastel Societies (IAPS). She is a juried member of Women Painters of Washington since 1998, Charter Member, Signature Member and past President of the Colored Pencil Society of America.
